Version 4.2.0 installs an ADVANCED SHIPPING BY RULES plugin, does this version work well on J4.3.3+VM4.2.0?
Why not try it and see? I have not tested it as I have never needed the facility.

It is in the core and therefore it should work for vm4.2.x and for j3 and j4
It does not work for me.
I don't use it so I turned it off.
