I have the following error on my website:

Error message data:
E_ERROR:1 1267: Illegal mix of collations (utf8_general_ci,IMPLICIT) and (utf8mb4_general_ci,COERCIBLE) for operation '='

Query:
SELECT * FROM `jos_virtuemart_orders` WHERE `order_status` = "P" AND `customer_number`= "nonreg_Li

Use in tools the the converter to utf8mb4
