I bought support because i have a HIGH PRIORITY MAJOR BUG in Virtuemart which makes customerrs being able to select and order disabled custom fields. This is a MAJOR bug because I disable these fields for a reason (mostly stock related issues)
We cannot have this on a live website where lots of products get ordered and sent. This is hurting my business hard. I bought a membership and I bought support but nobodhy is helping or replying to my tickets. Please help me to fix this issue.
