Title: Mail not working on the Virtuemart.net website, order confirmation not sent

Hi I bought a subscription but it says that the mail function cannot be instantiated. I also don't get the order confirmation email. Also the password reset doesn't work.

Hi Milbo, thanks for the reply. It seems that it's not working correctly:

The following From address failed: extensions@virtuemart.net : MAIL FROM command failed,Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable Sender address is not allowed. ,550,SMTP server error: MAIL FROM command failed Detail: Requested action not taken: mailbox unavailable Sender address is not allowed. This is from the tickets section. I have opened a ticket but I don't have the ticket number so I'd like to retrieve it again, but this is what I get when I fill in my email address.

We are seeing the same error when trying to reset password on the VirtueMart website

It is not even possible to purchase the latest virtuemart update because I cannot login. Nor can we raise a ticket for support, since that is not working
