I have a problem with VM and language (forum post https://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=149973.msg535690#msg535690).
Since i cant have solution in forum, i try to open a ticket, as a paid member. But the ticket email function dont work.
So i cant have ticket number, and i cant retrieve ticket number sent by email.
And i cant see my ticket just by login...
So i have to open a forum post to have a support ticket response...
Yes, I am sorry, I fixed the email. Currently I do not have the time to check the tickets. I read x times the same problem. Before we had that in one, two forum threads, gathered. I need to find a solution for this, ... but first I have to finish a very important job with fixed timeframe.

I have purchased a membership - supposedly thanks to this all problems are resolved faster. YEAH!!
I reported my problem and my query was deleted, because according to the regulations, problems related to Virtuemart should be reported on the forum :D
Conclusion:
Support will only work after your membership license expires. When the license ends and you have a problem, they will suggest you buy support. Paradox ;D

I have the same thing. I set up a ticket on May 29. Until today, no response. Nothing. Not even a "sorry, we are very busy".
