Hello,
i am trying to use vm shipment by weight zip and countries plugin
How i will configure it if i want The shipping cost is €4 for parcels up to 2 kg and For shipments over 2 kg the charge is €1 per kg?

For the charge per Kg I think you need a third party shipping by rules plugin, but AFAIK there is not one for J4/VM4 yet,
