When I type all the info and click submit/register nothings happens to the user- it just clears out the fields in the page

Hello I have tried to activate joomla registration/vm registration but they do not work.
When I fill in the data then submit it just refreshes and it doesnt do anything
please help

More info is needed, eg which Joomla/VirtueMart versions?

latest public release is 4.0.22 - there are beta 4.0.23 releases as well

It is pointless reporting problems of an out of date version -
New versions are released to fix problems one of which maybe the one your reporting!
