Title: How to prevent Users from just Registering?

Lately, I am getting just users registered and leaving troll reviews.
How do I only allow users or customers to get registered when they purchase something?

I hope someone can help me.

I assume you mean they write product reviews without buying the product? In VM Configuration/Shopfront set "Enable Review System for" to "Shoppers who bought the product ".  I have found that is the optimum setting to prevent spam reviews.
