After paying for the Custom Size plugin and entering the registration key in the Custom Field, the domain is not registered on the VIRTUEMART website.
It was the same with Membership registration. But in version 4.0.14 10805 registration was successful https://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=149474.msg534937.
Please fix the plugin registration bug.

I am also having the same problem. So the workaround is to upgrade to version 4.0.14 10805?

I have been buying and using this plugin since 2018. With VM3 registration worked.
When switching to VM4 in October 2022 (you can see the date in the screenshot), the registration never worked, although I constantly updated VM4.
I contacted technical support, but @Max Milbers did not immediately solve this problem. That's why I posted about the problem on the forum. But even on the forum @Max Milbers does not react to my post in any way.
Now I have VirtueMart 4.0.16 10812, I'm waiting for revision 10825, maybe this problem will be solved there.
Otherwise, the Membership is decredited.
