Hi,
After the last update on the backend products page, the manufacturers select returns the products.

I urgently need help.

Under the Select manufacturer link you should see your individual manufacturers. Looks to me like you have a JavaScript error with chosen. Check the console.
Does select category work as expected?

I solved the manufacturers problem, I don't know how the #__virtuemart_configs table had changed.
