Hi,

For each product, when I ask a question, after filling in all the details, the mail is not sent, the popup screen for the form does not change at all, ut stays open.
i'v tested it from the backend with PHP & smtp mail and both work fine.
so what could be the problem here ?
I use : 4.0.4 10688, Joomla! 3.10.11 Stable

Have You checked your console for javascript errors ?

It sounds like a problem with your template. Try switching to a default template like Protostar, Beez3 etc.

The upgrade to 4.0.8 does not make a difference.
and I use THEON SHOP VirtueMart Template, you still think it's related to the template ?

Yes, that is why Jumbo asked you to check with other templates.

Any suggestions for templates other than protoplus & beez3, I used templates based on astroid, but also had issues with VM. thx Mike.

Try to turn to your template supplier and ask them for help.
