I need to know and generate / collect information about users and their orders in years.
For example to generate statistic and see the best shoppers in my shop.
This statistic is not visible, is there any plugins?
For example:
User1 - 22 orders / 2000 USD
User2 - 19 orders / 1800 USD
User3 - 15 orders / 1500 USD
etc.

Mu plugin do not get advanced stats. It's only to verify user with orders to verify any Inactive Joomla /virtuemart account

Two ways, Patrick makes the changes or you make the changes yourself.
I would ask Patrick to get an estimate.

I wrote this plugin to check fakes account, inactive accounts.... because i had this request from customers
But it's possible to add an extra query to get total order prices
