Hello everyone, VirtueMart 3.8.8 10472 - Joomla! 3.10.5
I resumed an e-commerce created some time ago because they finally decided to put it into production.
I did some tests and it does not send emails to customer and seller on new order but sends emails correctly on manual status change.
There are many posts on the subject but I have not found any solution.
Can someone help me ?

99% of the time it is wrong settings or the order doesn't go to a status that is set to send an email

The new order has the status "waiting for confirmation" while the first status sending the emails is "confirmed by the customer".
Now, if I try to enter "waiting for confirmation" in the status that send the emails (config/orders function) it does not appear.
How can I solve?
Should be able to include this without a hitch. Hard to see with a spanish print scren.

"waiting for confirmation" I guess is what we call "pending". If so only the vendor may receive an email, as the order is not confirmed as paid for/completed. Your payment plugin is not confirming the order process is complete. Check the payment plugin settings.
wating for confirmation == pending, thought he had med this status himself.
Yes, as Jenkins said pending will not create an email.

Thanks everyone, I solved, you are great.
As you told me, it was enough to enter the status "Pending = Waiting for Confirmation" associated with the supplier in the config / order.
I was trying to enter the pending status associated with the client but it does not do so and, in fact, it is not needed.
p.s. the screen shot is in Italian and not in Spanish :-)
