Hello, is it possible to enable text input in the field "In stock"? Only numbers are available... Or do you have any other idea how to accomplish that? myb with availability field?
I need 4 availability status "in stock", "out of stock", "ordering possibility", and "on arrival".

Okay, that works, but how to put it after Heading? And How to display text "Product availability:" before "On arrival"?
Then You have to edit this file:
templates/your template/html/com_virtuemart/productdetails/default.php (http://templates/your%20template/html/com_virtuemart/productdetails/default.php)
Identify and move the sections around and You will get what You want.
