Hi forum. I feel silly.
I'm setting up a multi language installation, two languages.
J 3.10.3 VM 3.8.8
I followed the instructions.
Translations for the Joomla part work fine.
Translation for VM works also.
Here's my issue:
When pointing my homepage to a Joomla category I have my entire menu. I can also translate it with the switch module. All good.
But when I hit a VM category the category opens, translation works too - but menu is gone!
If I point my homepage to a VM category the menu doesn't appear at all.
What am I missing here?

I duplicated my template, one for each language.
I created two main menus, one for each language.
Menu items are associated between languages.
The 'admin multilingual mod' shows no errors.
all translations inside VM work fine.
Just this menu doesn't show.
I made some progress!
The main menu appears in default language now.
Reason it didn't before: I assigned the wrong Category Template in VM.
Fine.
But still, second language doesn't bring-up the main menu.
I guess there's one more parameter I'm not aware of.
Help? anyone? please?

I had a template issue that caused it.
