Title: How is it possible to change the password without completing the user

Hello
Because I use One Page Chekout, and many customers register through it here I set the user as email.
I encounter some problems when a user wants to reset his password, he does not know his user and automatically his account is deactivated
You have a solution to change the password without the client having to fill in the user field

No .. not possible .. the simplest is to clearly label what the user name is..

e.g.

Some customers created an account by setting up a user, another part created an account through that OnePageChekout setting.
Can the user be replaced with email in that field? Just fill in the email again..

Or autocomplete user,  whn access password reset code received by mail
