Hello,
i try to find a solution to block a product for shipping in Europe. I have a product i cant send to Europe, but i can send in Switzerland.
So i dont want the client can order this product if the address is in France for example.
Is there a way to do this ?
VM 3.8.8 10472
Joomla 3.9.26
Setup shipping plugins only for country Switzerland and without category (new category "Don't Sale outside Swiss" with this product)
For other countries setup only info in cart - we don't sell this product outside Swiss.
basic idea is:
- put this product in new category
- exclude this category from shipping plugins
Pretty much what Pinochio says
Setup a a dummy - "swiss only category"
Add this category to the item you want to only ship to switzerland
Now adjust your shipping setup:-
Use this category as a blocking category for all non swiss shipping options
You can ignore this in the swiss shipping option
Hello,
ok, thank you for your answers.
I have to see with alatak because i use HER plugin Pro Shipment, and i dont have such option to exclude categorie. Or i dont know where.
So i will post it here if i have a solution.
QuoteI have to see with alatak because i use his plugin Pro Shipment
I have to see with alatak because i use
HER plugin Pro Shipment
Ho sorry, my English is not very good.
And if i translate the phrase "Je doit voir avec alatak car j'utilise son plugin Pro shipment" with Deepl for example, it is : "I have to check with alatak because i use his plugin Pro shipment"
Regards.
"son plugin Pro shipment" or "sa plugin Pro shipment"
in French, we match the word "son" or "sa" with the name. If the name is masculine, then it will be "son". If the name is feminine, it is "sa".
Example "sa" motorbike
Example "son" horse
It doesn't matter if it's a man or a woman. So it is not the same logic :)
So here, the word "plugin" is masculine.
Thanks for that. It is well more than 50 years since I studied French!
