Title: Assigning a different shipping fee for rural deliveries

Hi folks,
At the checkout stage is there anyway of detecting from the shoppers shipping address that they require a Rural Delivery and assigning a different shipping fee for a Rural Delivery?
These shoppers (Rural) delivery address will always have RD 1 or Rd 2 etc.

Joomla! 3.9.25 Stable
PHP Version 7.4
VirtueMart 3.8.8

you would need to code this ... detect in I assume  address_1 if rd * exists and add an extra fee accordingly
