Title: Payment method not working with new shop template

The istraxx SEPA Plugin stopped working with the new shop template. Can anybody help me?
It doesnt take my user data when I fill out the SEPA fields and click apply, it tells me all data is missing.

What is "the new shop template"?

Does the plugin work using Protostar as the template?

I havent tried that yet, i contacted the developer of the plugin. he tries to fix it for money
