This is happening every few hours/days, the new orders coming in are without any customer details (they are all blank), we just get the ordered products.
The problem is solved temporarily after a server restart.

We updated our VPS to the highest available option (16GB RAM, 8core), and still the problem occurs.

Our setup:
PHP7.3 - J3.9.2 1- VM3.8.2 10325 - Rupostel OnePage Checkout 2.0.396.281119

How do we troubleshoot this? Orders are lost because they are not tied to a customer, and customers are expecting orders that will not be fulfilled.

I think this looks like an issue with Your one page checkout. Check with Rupostel.
