Ever since the last time I updated VM, all of the customers entered billing info disappears any time a card is declined. They then have to re-enter all billing and shipping info to try a different card. Any fixes for this?
What Payment plugin are you using ??
If this was a wider issue then you will see more posts of this type - as I see this is the only one so far we need more information!
It's using the basic authorize.net plugin for payments. It is also using the One Page Checkout plugin from CMSMart, so I have put in a ticket with them to see if it's an issue on their end by chance.
