I'm using Joomshaper's Megadeal 2 template and having issues with the Ask A Question recipient address. Joomshaper say it's an issue with the Virtuemart default Template. I've checked Joomla, Multi/ single vendor settings etc. All other mail works as it should. I still get an error message "at least one recipient email address needs to be provided" - and the mail still doesn't send.
Anyone out there having similar issues?
just test with the default template.. add & or ?template=protostar to the url and see if the mail sends
if it does then u know its their over rides
I tried Prostar and the form disappears completely
I've since tested this using protostar and others. The same problem exists so it's not an over ride issue. I have checked the Joomla default Template and the same issue exists. This issue comes from the VirtueMart extension. I'm not sure what to do now. Others have reported this issue
