Hello All,

Can anyone please let me know how I can configure the credit card payment on Joomla Virtuemart payment section.
I am using the PayPal payment pro product for enabling the credit card payment on checkout page. 
Actually it will be good if somebody let me know what process I need to do at Paypal end and on Joomla administrator end. So that I will check for my clients paypal account and will do that accordingly.

I am using Joomla 3.9.1 version and Virtuemart 3.2.2

With that old VM version you won't have the currently used PayPal plugin.

Information on the configuration of PayPal is in VM documentation, with links to the four methods. I suspect you will want to use Payment Pro, Hosted Pro or Express. Not all methods are available in every country.

Hello jenkinhill,

We are using the "PayPal Payment Pro" feature for credit card payment. When we checked the details on url you shared, its saying that we need to Upgrade PayPal Business account to a Pro account for the type of paypal product.

Can you please let me know how we can know if my client has upgraded or not on paypal?
Also if not upgraded and and only added API username, API password and API signature then the payment will not be processed?
If upgraded from where we will get the API username, API password and API signature for live mode?
