Hi Guys

I have a problem with a Booked Products Not Cancelling.

If a shopper selects a product and it goes into the cart, then the shopper decides not to buy the product and leaves the site, the product stays booked and on one else can buy that product.
This is ok if there are more than 1 of those products but if there is only 1 then the product becomes unavailable and can't be sold.

Is there a way of automatically cancelling the product if the shopper leaves the site. Or even a delayed cancelling, or example, after 24 hours booked products are cancelled?

Product in the cart are NOT booked until the customer confirms the order. A product placed int the shopping cart does not book anything. Until the order is placed nothing is booked.

Just cancel the unpaid orders and Your worries are gone.

If not then please give more information, VM version, and used add ons perhaps ?

Joomla 3.9.13 + VM 3.6.8 (sorry, forgot to mention that)

Is there a way of automatically cancelling unpaid orders after a certain time limit?

No, there is no automatic way to do this. You have to do this manually.

If it's the case for "pending" order, you have to edit the "pending" statut > Stock handling "Is reserved" and change it to "Is available"
Not that in this case the product Is available and if you have an order for the same product without stock at same time, then it's possible that you sold product having no stock.
