hello
I have a problem when users are trying to register an account when purchasing.
After the "SAVE" button is clicked, they land on a 404 error page
Can someone please help me urgently?

enabling debug didn't produced any breakthrough
can I ask someone to take a look at my site with admin credentials, please?

On the production site, I've disabled the option to register when purchasing.

I've created a test environment where the problem happens

Try to buy something, and then to register when checking out on this page

it's working fine without captcha. if I enable the protection, it returns a 404 page.

People have attempted to help you .. it is obviously specific to YOUR template as no one else is reporting this problem..

Have u tried with a standard template? Beez or protostar? Does it work?

Then there is your starting point .. it isn't the object of this forum to supply fixes for commercial templates .. that is the template builders job .. he has taken your money...

Which reCaptcha version are you trying to use? And what is the page that cannot be found (the 404). Joomla debug should show this.

I see that your demo page uses Protostar but what template overrides are you using?

I've just tried to change to protostar to exclude eventual problems with the template I'm using.
the error is "0 timeout-or-duplicate"
using recaptcha v2
I've enabled the debug , but on the page where the error appears no indication is given

The error "0 timeout-or-duplicate" is coming from your ReCaptcha not from VirtueMart. Suggest you try our old friend, Google... https://www.google.com/search?q=0+timeout-or-duplicate
