I can't seem to figure out why my orders in the backend show as pending even after the payment was successfully made through Paypal. The payment shows up in the Paypal account but when I go to the VM backend the order shows as pending vs. confirmed. Can someone help me figure this out please.

I have double checked the payment status configuration in the Paypal plugin from VM and everything seems to be ok.
