After updating to version 3.6.2 10159 I am getting now a 4 digit number at the end of the product SEO URL.
This number is not even the ID number.

This is probably your product id, check settings in backend for VM SEO. The idea for this must have come from someplace, it gives a unique SEO-URL though.

That's where I checked at first, but there is nothing marked.

Is it Your product Id ? Using 3:rd party SEF ?

Turn off sef in Vm to see what happens

Then I get this (example):

Quotecomponent/virtuemart/view/productdetails/virtuemart_product_id/286/virtuemart_category_id/349

where the product ID is 286 and category ID is 349

As soon as I enable it again it adds the product ID at the end again: -286

I just found it out.
Update 3.6.2 10159 added the product ID to all SEO Product Alias.
I now have to go through 10,000+ products and remove the IDs.

Use regular labs database replacer and your are done in minutes.

I use CSVI from Roland, but thanks.
Just remembered that it can do the same.
