Hi,
Sometimes when I receive an order from a customer I get this email:
"An error with your payment method paypal on your store (my store). The details are logged in the file paypal.1.log.php".
I went to the log file and found this error:
2019-07-08 08:05:57 ERROR validateIpnContent: Invalid IPN validation: NO ANSWER FROM PAYPAL
Furthermore, in the vm backend, the order is pending although I have received the payment.
How I can resolve?

As far as I have been able to determine, there is a currently outstanding issue with Paypal that is causing some IPN messages to be garbled. I have been getting this error on about 5% of transactions for the last two weeks. Paypal has acknowledged the issue.
