Title: Problems after updating from 3.2.1 to 3.4.2
Post by: txkeyboards on June 10, 2019, 20:28:41 PM
Hello guys,

I hope someone can help me with this since I have absolutely no idea where to start.

I upgraded my Virtuemart to 3.4.2 on Friday and so far I had 2 problems:

1/ System has stopped sending confirmation emails to both buyers and me.
2/ None of the orders for registered users can be accessed on the frontend.

Joomla 3.6.2
VM 3.4.2

Please help, thank you!

Check Your "Configuration" for VM in backend. You have settings for both sending emails and for accessing orders in frontend.

Hi Jorgen,

Thank you for your response! However, I am perplexed as I could not find that option anywhere...

If you meant it is the option to choose to send emails to vendor and shopper on order status then I already set them both to 'Confirmed'

Untick invoice creation. Problems with Tcpdf could stop the emails.
->checkout->order tracking mode, sets the front end order view possibilities.
