Title: 1054 - Unknown column 'oi_hash' in 'field list' (not talking about o_hash colum)

After manually adding o_hash and STsameAsBT columns in order table in order to end the order,
What if the update tool cannot finish updating due to resource limits, what db tables should we manually change/add columns in order to work?
Where is this collumn??
