Hi All,

There is a new notification from Global Payment for Hosted Payment Page (HPP) about the new changes with Strong Customer Authentication (SCA) and 3D Secure 2 (3DS v2)

Is there any info about this update from Virtuemart that will release the new version?

The 'Global Payments' payments payment plugin for VirtueMart seems to be provided by Global Payments itself. So you would have to contact this payment provider and ask if they already have implemented 3D Secure V2 into their VirtueMart plugin.

Hi Guys,

Did anyone find out any details on this? Is the plugin up to date ok now? I'll check further myself if no one has a quick answer.

Hi all

I have emailed Global Payments and they have said the following:

Hi There,

Thank you for your email.

The developers are still currently working on the update for Virtuemart shopping cart.
The update will be available before the deadline which will be on September 14th.

Unfortunately there is currently no sandbox environment available for 3D Secure V2.
You can use the existing sandbox to process a transaction and you can send us over the transaction details we will be able to check if the mandatory fields are being passed.
