Hi Guys

I'm struggling to get past this issue.

The vendor has given me another email address, but for some reason it doesn't want to switch and keeps on bouncing back to his details and giving me this warning

(Warning - You are not allowed to register more than -1 users)

Is there a way to delete all vendor entries and start from scratch?

I had a look at this video, but my virtuemart doesn't have a NEW OWNER ID option.

You can also use the "set store owner" function in the migrator tools.

Another way is to enable the multivendor in vm and then you can disable all vendors except the one you want to have.
