Title: Latest version. adding products to basket from product page not possible

hi there
since some days, when i disable mootools i can choose the number of items i want to buy, from the product page BUT the animation icon/popup "added to basket" shows a infinite loop.
With mootools ENabled, i can't choose the number of items anymore. when you click the basket icon, you go directly to the total order page with all items lined up.

i also downgraded back to php 7.0 this is not the issue.

We also can't go to the last step of the payment process... :(
(we switched to a basic template, which shows the same flaws)

Mootools?? VM does not use moo, but I guess your template is old? You say latest versions - so Joomla 3.9.2 with VM 3.4.2 or are you using one of the VM 3.4.3 versions?

Are you using an OPC plugin? If so it may need updating as well.

You should enable PHP error reporting in your Joomla config, so you can see the error. The problem is not javascript but a PHP problem
