Hello i have "Editor" custom field. How can i translate editor content in english?

perhaps duplicate with different layout positions and display/hide the particular layout position in the display templates by a lang switch

You can filter per language the customfield render. So you have simply to add your HTML Text per language and it render the right one in front.
A sample http://pro.st42.fr/en/shortcodes/all-shortcodes-2400.html Scroll down to "HTML Description" and switch to French using the top right Flag to see French "HTML Description".
