VM version = 3.2.14
joomla version = 3.8.8

You can prefil and hide the email input with CSS, or use <input type="hidden"

But you would still not know who asked the question or be able to send a reply.

maybe he means autofill and hidden if he allows only registered senders?
Could be a core option?
