Title: Looping from checkout to editaddresscartBT

It seems te be impossible to checkout since a few weeks. I get stuck in a loop from the checkout page to editaddresscartBT. Already tried these things:
turning off SEF
using standard template
resetting all tables
Joomla 3.8.8 VirtueMart 3.2.14
