Is it possible to disable the "Add/Edit billing address information" and "Add/Edit shipment address" sections in the shopping cart:

as well as prevent VM from asking for the email address after the "Check Out Now" button is clicked:

You can hide it using CSS rules

If you don't have an email address for the shopper where does the order confirmation and invoice get sent to?
