Hi!
Joomla! 3.8.1
VirtueMart 3.2.12
Purity III 1.2.1 template

Just can't get rid of that damn field, tried everything that one could read on forums, it is just not going away, i am so confused, and i did not start using Joomla and VM esterday.

Please if anyone has a clue, because i am exhausted with this weird issue.

Make sure that both "agreed" and "tos" are set to unrequired in the Shopper Field List and unpublished.

It is unbelievable to me how i omitted that "tos" option in the Shopper Fields list!
