Good day

Does anyone know how to show the Product Name and price when the USE ONLY AS CATALOGUE feature is activated?

or is there a way to change the button ADD TO CART to ENQUIRE ABOUT PRODUCT? (this will then be linked to a dedicated email address)

You can enable check for stock in the virtuemart config, in case stock = 0 the addtocart is disable.
You can use "ask a question" and change name to "ENQUIRE ABOUT PRODUCT" in Joomla language overides.
