Hello. I am new to VM and trying to get this errors fixed. How can I delete the shipping/billing options on the check out. My product is completely digital and does not need shipping/billing information since everything will be send via email.

I have been reading some forums threats with no luck

I am using the 3.2.12 VM version.

If you don't have a billing option how do you intend to charge the shopper? Or are the products free?

In many countries a name/address record of each purchaser may be required for tax record purposes.

You can simplify checkout by only using guest checkout (not requiring registration) and it is possible to make the shopper fields such as address unrequired - or even unpublished - managed on the shopper fields configuration tab.
