Dear People,
you just gave me an amazing support on my last issue I had! For all whom were aware and even active on the case I'd before (https://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=139173.0 (https://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=139173.0)), the cause is, that I now miss the language drop down option at the entire shop! Well, I meanwhile re-installed the newest language files from the official vm site: https://virtuemart.net/community/translations/virtuemart (https://virtuemart.net/community/translations/virtuemart) . Nevertheless, I still keep stucking with the missing drop down option. Thanx to all the amazing people who spend their precious time to help Others just for their own will! Thank you!
P.S: I just added another screenshot about my current status of language files. I thought, that might help to narrow?

ha! I just solved it! Under Configuration -> Shop - Language settings. Activate the little icon: no fallback. That did it !
