Hello

I wanted to know how is it possible to add a field in every product I want, asking my customer if he wants extra warranty for his product.

For example:


(The bold letters is what I need)

The price of "yes" will be calculated in final price, then under the product description in cart the label "+1 year warranty" to be shown.

Is there a plugin for this or any way to achieve it?
