how to set shipping method for price ranges divided by weight and zones
example:
first range: 0-2kg price 5 dollars for zoneA (Nation1, Nation2) and zone B(Nation3, Nation4) + 20%
second range: 2.1-5kg price 10 dollars for zoneA (Nation1, Nation2) and zone B(Nation3, Nation4) + 20%
etc...

how fix it?
