As the title says is VM 3.2.3 PHP 7.x compliant and if so up to which version?
The latest version shows PHP 7.1.8

So I'm using J! 3.7.4 & VM 3.2.3 on Xampp w/ PHP 7.0.21 now and am seeing no issues...so far so good.
I had tried Xampp PHP 7.1 prior and that caused issues.
