I should add a message in the shopping Cart page next to the total price it is possible to do so ? ::)

Edit and override /components/com_virtuemart/views/cart/tmpl/default_pricelist.php    or if already using overrides, edit /templates/[your-Joomla-template]/html/com_virtuemart/cart/default_pricelist.php

do I have to include this message "WARNING !
SHIPMENTS MAY BE DELAYED DUE TO THE SUMMER PERIOD." I don't know in what line to place it .

put it in a module and publish on the cart menu
