Title: PayPal Plugin Language Files Not Loading

Hi I'm on Joomla 3.7.2 & VM    3.2.2.
The language strings are not showing in the admin plugin.
Pls see image attached.

There is a language file in \plugins\vmpayment\paypal\language\en-GB\en-GB.plg_vmpayment_paypal.ini with the correct details.
I have tried copying this file to /administrator/language/en-GB & /language/en-GB but none of them worked.

**UPDATE** I don't know what I've done, but it has just started working!
