Title: Problem with user email field in vm3.2.3

In edit user account ( administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=user&task=edit)
and Purchase order (administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=orders&task=edit&virtuemart_order_id=)
I do not see the email field.


In cart: Logged users have to fill the email field again (just problem width plugin One Page Checkout)

VM 3.2.3
Joomla! 3.7.2
PHP   7.0.19
