My custom fields have stopped showing in cart and on order view.
It used to work. I have had my template guys work on the template, and there have been an update of joomla since I last knew it to work.
I have them showing in the addtocart position. On product page, it still shows, and my customers are able to choose desired variant. The price difference are correctly calculated, but it do not show up on cart and on order page, making me have to call them to know exactly what product they bought.
Hope someone know what has happened.
Joomla: 3.7.2
Virtuemart: 3.2.2
Try VM3.2.3 http://dev.virtuemart.net/projects/virtuemart/files Are you using default VM templates?
