Can I create a system in which for every product there is a manifacturer that have to receive a mail when the shopper buy his product in my website? in the mail have to be written the product and the quantity of the order of the cotumer.
The mail will be sent automatically to the manifacturer when the payment is made.
How can I do this?

VirtueMart 2 is not compatible with Joomla 3.x So what version are you really using? See http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=79799.0
And it sounds to me that you are thinking of a multi-vendor store where the product order goes to the relevant vendor (or manufacturer in your case). https://docs.virtuemart.net/manual/general-concepts/211-multivendor.html
