Settings Tax & Calculation Rule in VirtueMart 3.0.18

If I add a rule for the product categories:
default price changes only in this category (ok)

If I add the rule, and I not choose a product category:
Prices will change everywhere (bug)

I assume that you have prices set to apply default rules

A default rule is one that is not restricted - this is the base behaviour

Please read the documentation before posting as a "bug"
